Full Disclosure Policy
The Full Disclosure Policy (FDP) is a government policy that requires local officials of provinces, cities and
municipalities to fully disclose particular financial transactions of the Local Government Units (LGUs) to
keep their constituents informed on how their budgets are managed, disbursed, and used.

fully complying to the Full Disclosure Policy for the 1st
to 4th quarters exceeding the target per quarter
LGUs regionwide were provided with the necesssary technical assistance to ensure compliance
to the FDP. For CY 2016, 100% of Region I LGUs - 4 Provinces, 9 cities, 116 municipalities and
3,265 barangays are fully complying to the FDP exceeding the 80% target for provinces, cities and
municipalities and 90% for barangays.
