     MANILA,  Philippines  -  Interior  and  Local  Government  Secretary  Mar  Roxas  appealed  to  governors  and
     mayors  of  provinces,  cities  and  municipalities  not  affected  by  Super  Typhoon  Yolanda  to  mobilize  their
     personnel and resources in aid of communities reeling from the devastating effects of the recent calamity.
