            The DILG R1 facilitated the 2-batch training on the formulation of Local Climate Change  Action
            Plan (LCCAP) last November 9-11, 2016 and November 22-24, 2016 at Regency Hotel, Calasiao,
            Pangasinan with the following LGU participants:
