Out of the 39 expanded LGU-targets, 30 were compliant to BPLS standards.
Aside from the targeted LGUs, there were 15 LGUs which complied with the standards of BPLS. These
are: Batac City, Burgos, Pasuquin and San Nicolas of Ilocos Norte; Burgos, Narvacan, and
Sta. Cruz of Ilocos Sur; Bangar, Caba, Rosario, and Sto. Tomas of La Union; and Asingan,
Mangaldan, San Jacinto and Tayug of Pangasinan.
