In 2007, the Municipality of Aguilar specifi cally

Coming full circle

For Bolinao, Pangasinan, the completion of the
Bolinao Waterworks System – Level III Expansion
Project under the SaLiNTubig Program, is like
coming in full circle. The waterworks systems
which the present local administration
started replacing three (3) years ago was the
same waterworks systems which were granted to
the local government unit when the DILG
was still known as the Presidential Arm on Community
Development (PACD).

(5) waterless barangays of Bolinao, namely: Arnedo,
Concordia, Luciente 1, Balingasay and Germinal.
