Strengthening the Local Governance

Regional Resource Center (LGRRC)

A re-orientation for the new set of LGRRC members was conducted
after the LGRRC re-organization last 1st Quarter of 2016. Regular
meetings were held to discuss concerns involving LGRRC operations.

The LGRRC 1 was assessed on July 12 and 13, 2016 by Mr. Medel Espinosa
and Ms. Mayette Patag, representatives from the Local Government
Academy (LGA) and Local Resource Institute (LRI), respectively. The level of
knowledge, capabilities and expertise of the LGRRC members particularly
on matters concerning the functions of LGRRC 1, and the functionality
of its operations and PPA implementation through the administration of
the People, Process, Technology and Strategy (PPTS) were determined
through table evaluation and focused group discussion with the LGRRC
members.
